There’s an idiom that goes ‘make hay while the sun shines’ and that is certainly something one has had to do in the U.K. this summer. The weather has been so unpredictable. We’ve had storms, strong winds, thunderstorms, rain and its has been cold, with the odd warm spell.

So when this morning we had nearly clear blue skies, a slight breeze and wonderful sunshine, I decided – no screen today. Let’s make hay! Catch up with some of those outside tasks and enjoy the weather. L o v e l y!
