That really depends on what you expect to achieve from using them.

If your intention is to get sign ups to your program using an autosurf…forget it. One chance in a million that someone will actually sign up, although advertisers hope you se their pages enough to stimulate a sign up.

Most people who use an autosurf, turn them on and walk away or get on with other things and occassionally come back to see if they are still running.

Improve or increase rankings:

Auto surf programs generally accept free and paid membership. There are a few paid membership only sites  around. 

Free members do not usually get paid in cash, instead you earn points and credits which can be used to advertise your very own site for free. A way to get thousands of hits per day to your site.

Paid members can make money from the days that they surf. The monetary reward depends on your investment and the terms and conditions of the program. The payout can be anything from 1%  right upto  about 14% that I have seen. Payouts are often on a monthly basis after a minimum amount is earned.

Before joining any of these programs do your own research as there are scams that run unnoticed, and
NEVER INVEST MORE THAN YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOSE.
